Grow → Reddit finds threads where buyers already ask, drafts a reply, and keeps score. Finding and drafting are free. Posting needs a connected Reddit account you approve.
What you get
- Find: phrases your customers type and scored threads. New conversations and older threads that rank on Google or get cited by AI answers are separate lists, and each thread shows when it was posted
- Draft: a reply with safety checks. You edit before anything posts
- Post: from a connected account after you approve, or copy and post yourself
- Rankings: threads search and answer engines already cite
- Leads: people who asked for what you sell, with a message ready to send
- Follow-up: a posted reply is checked on day 1, 3, and 7 to make sure it stayed up
When no account is connected, the desk is still a task list. Approved replies wait until you connect or paste them yourself.
Connect
- Open Grow → Reddit.
- Connect a Reddit account you are willing to post from.
- Approve each reply (in the app or Slack) before it posts.
Ranla will not post from an account you did not connect, and it will not post without your yes.
Approvals
Every post waits on you. Drafts can start before the account is connected. Live posting does not.
