Modes
Draft, Propose, and Autopilot are how you tell Ranla how far it may go. Caps and the 5,000-person rule still apply in every mode. Set them on Settings → Ranla.
Start free. On the free plan Ranla reads your product, builds audiences, and drafts and proposes work so you can judge it first. Paying is what lets it schedule, send, and keep going on its own.
The three modes
| Mode | What it does |
|---|---|
| Draft | Nothing sends, spends, publishes, posts, or lands in your repo until you do it. |
| Propose | It asks before each email, ad, page, post, or pull request, in the app or Slack. |
| Autopilot | It runs inside the limits you set. Big or expensive work still waits. |
Any audience over 5,000 people needs your approval in every mode. Ranla can tighten its own limits. It never loosens them.
Caps that always hold
You set the frequency cap, the daily account cap, and the audience size above which a send waits. They are enforced in the send path, not asked for in a prompt, so they hold on every send.
Defaults are two emails per person per week at least 48 hours apart. Sends stop mid-flight if complaints pass 0.1% or bounces pass 5%.
Slack
When Ranla parks something for you, it can post the card to Slack with Approve, Adjust, and Open. Decide there and the work carries on. Resolve it in the app and the Slack card closes itself. Slack does not skip the mode you set.
Free vs paid
| Free | Paid |
|---|---|
| Draft and propose the six jobs | Schedule, send, spend, publish, post, and run on its own inside your caps |
| Connect GitHub, analytics, Search Console, Ads, Reddit | Same connections. Paying does not remove approvals for large or expensive work |
